Echo Engineering are able to offer fabrication of vessels, storage tanks and pipework for use in all industries, from bulk storage of chemicals and petrochemical refining, to high finish pharmaceutical products.

Via our in-house workshop and vetted suppliers we are able to offer almost all fabrication and finishing processes.

Size: Up to 4.5m diameter and 17m in length, with a total mass of 40 tonnes

Materials: With over 60 weld procedure qualifications we are able to offer fabrications in carbon steels, alloy steels, stainless steels, including duplex stainless and high nickel alloys such as Hastelloy

FINISHING & TESTING

Echo are able to supply most client requested finishes.

- Grit blasting

- Insulation: Cladding may be pop riveted aluminium or fully welded steel.

- Internal & external polishing: Up to 320 grit (0.4 Ra)

Water pressure testing up to 100m³ with pressures up to 250 Bar G and analysis certificates available for stainless steel items.

INSTALLATION

After fabrication and testing, clients will often require installation of plant or pipework. With a specialist site crew, Echo install, not only fabricated items but also most client-free issued items. This may involve partial disassembly of existing structures, modification to suit new requirements and reinstatement of all installed plant. Installed systems may then be pre-commission tested.
